Delivery Information

All Shipping costs will include Packaging and Handling. These are calculated at the time of your order and will depend on the total weight and geographical destination. Orders placed from Countries outside Europe may be subject to duty and local taxes.

To determine how much your order will cost simply add the chosen item(s) into your shopping basket, click on ‘checkout now’ and enter your shipping location to view your grand total (and breakdown costs).

Furniture and large or heavy items; Home Sweet Homestyle will use the most economical method of shipping whilst still maintaining the safety of your goods.

From receipt of your order Home Sweet Homestyle aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 days. Upon despatch you will receive a confirmation email.

Goods are packed to the highest standard to ensure safety during transit. We use recycled packaging where possible.

Please note Home Sweet Homestyle cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched, both within the UK and when being sent to overseas locations. Home Sweet Homestyle obtain proof of posting. No responsibility will be accepted for loss unless the appropriate insurance is undertaken, however we will assist in any claim by providing proof of posting. Please remember that both the Royal Mail and most Courier Services do not refund postage, only item value.
