 Cancellation, Shortages and Returns
- In observance of th UK's Distance Selling Regulations, you can cancel an order for any of Home Sweet Homestyle products within 7 days prior to despatch.
- Non standard ‘vintageseek' items that have been specifically procured on your behalf cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.
- Please notify your intention to cancel to enquiries@homesweethomestyle.co.uk
- Shortages; Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims must be reported to Home Sweet Homestyle 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at enquiries@homesweethomestyle.co.uk.
Returns Policy and Procedure If you wish to return any item(s) please ensure that you email your intention to: enquiries@homesweethomestyle.co.uk and return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods. You will then receive a confirmatory email. Please return item(s) using recorded delivery or obtain a proof of delivery from your Post Office, together with suitable insurance cover. Goods must be returned at your cost, complete, in their protective packaging and with any tags/stickers attached. Goods must be returned in their original condition as per their despatch from Home Sweet Homestyle. You will receive a refund for the returned item(s) within 30 days of receipt of goods at Home Sweet Homestyle. Home Sweet homestyle offers refunds, exchanges or credit, but regret are unable to refund postage charges for the despatch or return of items. Home Sweet Homestyle reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or credit on any item(s) believed to have been worn or damaged since despatch from Home Sweet Homestyle. Please note that all furniture sales are final and Home Sweet Homestyle offer no return services related to furniture sales. Overseas orders: Packaging must be marked clearly as ‘returned goods' to assist Customs and customers are requested to retain their shipping documentation. Returns should be to sent to: Home Sweet Homestyle, 5 Haystoun Park, Willingdon, East Sussex, BN22 0NN, UK (please include your name, daytime tel no, order no, and agreed reason for return) Damages If you receive a package that is damaged, keep the original package, all packing materials and parts intact and contact Home Sweet Homestyle immediately. You will need to document the damage and the product with photography and supply these to Home Sweet Homestyle. If you have purchased insurance or made a furniture purchase, Home Sweet Homestyle will do everything to assist you in receiving a refund for your goods. Refunds can only be made on orders that have insurance. |
